CORONA, CA (September 29, 2009) – Officials of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL have announced that the series will return for the DART Winternationals at the “Clay by the Bay” in 2010.

Brownstown, IN (September 26, 2009) – Rain began to fall during the waning  laps of heat race number one, and just after the checkered flags fell on heat 1, the downpour began to grow in strength, temporarily postponing the remainder of the heats. After an hour and a half of rain continuing to batter the already drenched fairgrounds, officials of Brownstown Speedway and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series have come together to make the decision to postpone the event until Sunday afternoon at 3:00PM.

Brownstown, IN (September 25, 2009) – Due to Heavy rains battering the Jackson County Fairgrounds, home of Brownstown Speedway, throughout the week and continuing to fall at the famed facility, the first night of the 30^th Annual Jackson 100 has ended hopes of getting in the preliminary rounds of tonight’s events.

CORONA, CA (September 16, 2009) – The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series returns to action on Friday and Saturday, September 25^th and 26^th at Brownstown (IN) Speedway for the 30^th Annual “Jackson 100”. The famed event will pay $20,000 to win.  The event will be run topless for the late model competitors for the first time in history of the event, commemorating the 30^th anniversary of the “Jackson 100”.

CORONA, CA (September 10^th, 2009) – The Jackson 100 at Brownstown Speedway on September 25^th and 26^th will be a topless event, commemorating the 30^th Anniversary of the famed event. Competitors are advised that window netting is mandatory for the event. Triangle Sprint Car style nets are acceptable at the Jackson 100.
