Red Buck Cigars Fast Time Award to Pay $1,000 at Sunoco Race Fuels North South 100 Presented by Lucas Oil Products, Special Red Buck Fan Prize Package to Be Given Away

CORONA, CA (August 4, 2010) – Red Buck Cigars, the sponsor of the Red Buck Fast Time Award at every Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned event in 2010, has announced a big award for the fastest qualifier and a lucky fan that attends next week’s “Sunoco Race Fuels North/South 100” Presented by Lucas Oil at Florence Speedway in Union, KY. Red Buck Cigars, which pays $100 cash to the fastest qualifier at every LOLMDS event, will pay a whopping $1,000 cash to the fastest qualifier at the Sunoco Race Fuels North/South 100 next weekend. With Red Buck Cigars increasing the cash award for the fastest qualifier and the feature winner receiving a whopping $50,000, this event continues to grow into one of the biggest dirt late model events of the year and a must see for any race fan in the country.

Not only will Red Buck Cigars pay $1,000 to the fastest qualifier, but a lucky fan that attends the event will win a special Red Buck Cigars prize package. To be eligible to win this special Red Buck Cigars prize package valued at over $100, race fans can visit the official Red Buck Cigars vendor trailer at the track, beginning on Friday August 13th. Each race fan that makes a purchase at the Red Buck trailer during the weekend will receive a special ticket that will be placed into the drawing for the grand prize Red Buck package to be announced on Saturday. The grand-prize winner will also receive a special photo shoot with the famous “Red Buck Girls” that will be on hand for the event as well.

Jimmy Owens currently leads the running in the Red Buck Cigars Fast Time awards with 6 fast times on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. Chris Wall and Scott Bloomquist are tied for second with 4 each. The driver that wins the most Red Buck Cigar Fast Time Awards in 2010 will receive a special cash award at the series year-end banquet.

The 28^th Annual Sunoco Race Fuels North/South 100 Presented by Lucas Oil Products will be held at Florence Speedway in Union, KY from August 12^th to 14^th.  The event will pay $50,000 to win and $2500 to start. Activities will get underway on Thursday Night, August 12^th with an open practice session. Then on Friday Night, August 13^th action will get underway with the Red Buck Cigars Time Trials for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. The weekend will conclude on Saturday Night, August 14^th with six heat races, B-Mains, and the 100-lap main event
